Candidates who scored 33% marks on the CSS MPT Screening Test will be able to appear at the CSS 2023 examinations. They must however register and submit their applications via the FPSC website to be eligible for the CSS Competitive Examination 2023.
33% marks equal to 66/200 marks for CSS MPT Screening Test 2023. If a person scores the score of 66 out 200, the candidate could submit an application for CSS 2022 Exam Papers.
Candidates who have successfully passed MPT are advised to submit online their applications for the written exam in 2023 between 30th October till 14th November 2022.
It is also recommended that properly signed copies of online applications, along with Original Treasury Receipts (TRS) as well as the other documents required according to the Para. 27 online applications must be submitted to the FPSC “so as to reach FPSC” within 10 days of the submission of online applications.
Hard copies received late is not accepted. For more information candidates are advised to read FPSC Web Notice and Public Notice to be released in the newspapers on the 30th of October, 2022.

How to calculate marks?
Students can determine their scores using the answer keys. To calculate the marks, candidates need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the answer key and keep a rough sheet of paper ready with you
Step 2: Write down the question number, and then award yourself marks if your answer is in accordance with the answer given in the key. If it doesn’t correspond, assign the answer a score of zero. It’s because there’s no negative marking on this screening test.
Step 3: Once the questions have been sifted through and the marks have been added, you can determine your probable total score.
The general rule is that the correct total number is the total number of marks obtained. This is because it is impossible to mark negatives; every correct answer gets one mark, and every incorrect answer gets zero marks.
