The Pakistan Army invites interested female candidates to join as Lady Cadets through the LCC-22 (Lady Cadet Course) for the year 2023. Eligibility Criteria for Female Cadet Online Registration in Pak Army

  1. Gender: Only females are eligible to apply.
  2. Age: The maximum age limit is 28 years as of 1st May 2023.
  3. Marital Status: Only unmarried candidates can apply.
  4. Nationality: Applicants must be citizens of Pakistan or domicile holders of Azad Kashmir/Gilgit-Baltistan.
  5. Physical Standards:

  5. Candidates who have been dismissed from any government service sector are also ineligible to apply for Pak Army.

Registration Process for Lady Cadet Course

Candidates can apply to join Pak Army through the Lady Cadet Course (LCC) via online or offline methods. The following options are available:

  1. Online Application:
    • Candidates can apply directly by visiting the link: https://www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk
    • All test dates, roll numbers, fee payment methods, and schedules will be communicated through email.
  2. Offline Application:
    • For candidates without internet access, they can apply by visiting the nearest Recruitment Centers (RC) or Army Selection (AS) centers.
    • Required documents include previous educational certificates, CNIC of the father or mother (if under 18 years of age), B-form, birth certificate, and 6 attested colored photos by a Gazette Officer.
    • Roll number slips will be provided at the recruitment centers.
    • Original degrees with attested photocopies must be submitted, and engineering degrees should be attested by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)

Preliminary Selection Procedure For Pak army LCC 

Written/Intelligence Test: Candidates will undergo an initial written/intelligence test at the AS&RCs. This test will consist of multiple-choice questions.
  1. Initial Medical Test: Candidates will undergo an initial medical examination at the AS&RCs.
  2. Physical Test: Female candidates must qualify by completing a 1.6 km run within 14 minutes.
  3. ISSB Test: Shortlisted candidates who pass the initial tests will receive a notice for the ISSB Test. The notification will be available on the website, and a call-up letter will be sent to the candidate’s provided address.

ISSB Details For Lady Cadet Course

The ISSB program spans over a duration of 5 days, which are as follows:

Day 1: Reporting Day

On the first day, candidates are required to submit their documents and report to the ISSB report centre. They are also assigned their respective rooms for the duration of the program.

Day 2: PYSC Day

This day consists of two main activities. Firstly, candidates undergo a screening test that includes a verbal MCQ test (30 minutes), a nonverbal MCQ test (30 minutes), and a MAT 50 MCQ test (15 minutes). Candidates who fail this screening test are sent back home, while those who pass proceed to the next phase. The second activity involves psychological tests, which include:

  • 100 Words Associate Test (WAT): Candidates must write a sentence in 10 seconds based on a given word.
  • Picture Stories Test: Candidates view a story picture on a screen for 30 seconds and then write a story about it within 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
  • 2 Pointer Stories Test: Candidates complete a story within 3 minutes and 30 seconds using a starting line provided for 20 seconds.
  • Incomplete Sentences Test: Candidates complete 2 sets of incomplete English and Urdu sentences, with each set containing 26 sentences. The time allotted is 6 minutes.

Day 3: GTO 1st Day

On the third day, selected candidates undergo indoor and outdoor tests. Indoor tests include lectures, group discussions, and group planning activities. Outdoor tests consist of a progressive task and a half group task. Following these tests, candidates participate in an interview.

Day 4: GTO 2nd Day

The fourth day requires candidates to pass three stages:

  • Obstacles: Candidates navigate through a series of physical obstacles.
  • Command Task: Candidates provide an interview to the GTO.
  • Final Group Task: Candidates participate in a psychological (PYSC) or DPT (Department of Psychology) interview.

Day 5: ISSB Last Day

On the final day, certain candidates may be required to undergo interviews again. Failed candidates receive a travel allowance and return home, while successful candidates receive their results the next day. They then proceed to the final medical test, final interview, and are granted admission to the Pak Army through the Lady Cadet Course.

Bond:

Selected candidates are required to sign a bond committing them to serve in the Pak Army for a minimum of 7 years.

Further Selection Procedure for LCC

  1. Final Medical Examination: Candidates recommended by the ISSB will undergo a detailed medical examination at the nearest Combined Military Hospital (CMH).
  2. Interview: Candidates recommended by the ISSB will be called for an interview conducted by the GHQ selection board at Rawalpindi.
  3. Final Selection: The final selection of candidates will be made at the GHQ based on their overall performance throughout the selection process.
  4. Training Period: The selected candidates will undergo a six-month training program at PMA Kakul.
  5. Bonds: Finally selected candidates are required to sign a bond committing to serve in the Army for a minimum period of seven years.
  6. Grant of Commission: Upon successful completion of the six-month basic training at PMA Kakul, candidates will be awarded a commission in the Army with the rank of Captain.
  7. Stipend: All selected candidates will receive an approximate monthly stipend of Rs. 31,000 during their training at PMA.

Required Documents To Apply as Lady cadet in Pak Army

  1. Two attested photocopies of each educational certificate/ degree/ diploma, in addition to the original documents.
  2. Candidates employed in government institutions/ departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the respective establishment.
  3. An attested photocopy of the domicile.
  4. Photocopies of the computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
  5. Six colored photos, attested on both the front and back sides.
  6. A crossed postal order of Rs. 100.00 made payable to the Director General Personnel Administration (DGPA), General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi.
