- A) Original detail mark sheet or matriculation certificate, equivalent to FSc or equivalent.
- B) National identity card with computerized technology for people who are over 18 and a computerized “B” form for those who are younger than 18 years, along with an image of the computerized identification card for the parents (mother/father) or the guardian.
- C) A set of authenticated copies of the documents listed in (a) and (b).
- d) 3 certified (front as well as back) passport-sized colored photos with blue backgrounds. The pictures must be certified by the principal, or by an officer with a Class-1 Gazetted.
- (e.) Candidates who have previously been rejected will need to provide the original and one photocopy of the ‘NOT RECOMMENDED letters from ISSB.

- The old CNIC and ‘B’ forms are not accepted in any way.
- Candidates who have been repeatedly rejected are provided with special dates for reporting and nearby testing centers for preliminary tests. They are required to be required to bring the ISSB letter of rejection.
