UOS Admission 2023 Last Date
The University of Sargodha (UOS) is accepting applications for postgraduate programs. You can only apply online. The university offers admissions two times a year, during Spring and Fall. If you’re interested in studying for a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, or if you’re a private student looking to pursue a Master’s degree, check out the last date to apply for the Fall 2023 admissions below.
Online Admission portal shall be active from 26 June 2023 and Last date for online applications, which is July 31, 2023, at 12:00 midnight.
Sargodha University offers a variety of programs, each with its own fee structure. There are two types of admissions available: Regular and Self Support Programs. For the year 2023, the fee structures for these programs are as follows:

To secure admission in UOS, you are required to complete the admission form for the year 2023. You can obtain the form from the HBL branch of Sargodha University or simply follow these five easy steps to apply for admission:

- Attach attested copies of all your relevant documents based on the degree you are applying for.
- Include attested copies of your own and guardian’s CNIC card or B form.
- Attach two attested photographs.
Sargodha University BA & MA Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission to the BA and MA programs at the University of Sargodha, candidates are required to meet the following criteria:
- BA Admission Requirements:
- The candidate must have completed twelve years of education, which includes FA, F.Sc, A-Level, or an equivalent qualification.
- MA Admission Requirements:
- The candidate must have completed fourteen years of education, which includes a BA degree or an equivalent qualification.
How to apply online For UOS Admission 2023
- Before starting the online application the candidate must have a scanned photograph ( standard passport size with blue background) a valid email ID and mobile phone no, scanned copy of CNIC of both candidates as well as His/her father and scanned copies of all testimonials.
- Create an account at admissions.uos.edu.pk using your correct Email address and mobile no.
- complete your online application form first. A challan form for application processing fee Rs 550/- or Rs.950/- (if admission test is applicable) will be generated which must be deposited in any branch of HBL then candidate has to attach the hatched attached the scanned copy of his deposited challan along with all Academy credentials along with cnic and domicile in the online application for its first final submission..
- to apply for more than one programs candidate has two choose preferences in the online admission application for each additional admission preference( number of programs applied to) the candidate has to submit additional processing application fee
- after closing date program program wise master list will be displayed on the university website to entertain correction request either through students online admission portal are by visiting facilitation center, University of Sargodha. However University shell not be responsible if this effect the merit position or admission of the candidate.
- the candidate are responsible to visit University website to view their respective merit list as per given schedule no separate information shall be provided in this regard
- after display of the merit list fee challan for first semester will be available on the candidates online admission portal the candidate will print it and submit admission fee at any branch of HBL after the document verification. after submission of admission fee the candidates must upload the paid challan to his/her online admission portal within the due date to confirm his/her admission.
- the university shell determined the merit on the percentage basis if candidate transcript does not contain the percentage then it is candidate responsibility to bring the percentage certificate from previous institution before last date of submission of application and upload percentage certificate on admission portal accordingly.
- any change in the admission schedule shall be intimated through the university website

University of Sargodha Students Alert
- Candidate who have passed first year( HSSC/A-Level) and waiting for the result of 2nd year can also apply for admission in undergraduate program
- Undergraduate admission based on intermediate part 1 result will be on provisional basis. Confirmation of admission will be subject to production of complete result of HSSC/ A- level after fulfilling admission requirement mention in approved admission regulation.
- In case of failure to fulfill requirement, the admission shall stand cancelled and submitted fees will not be refunded.
- Admission fee for first semester will be same for all programs where both the regular and self support seats are offered.The difference of fee in both that the categories will be adjusted from second semester and onwards.
- 10 seats in each program will be reserved for admission on self finance basis.A student admitted on self finance bases shell pay PKR 100000 per year in addition to the normal semester fee.However all admission regulations including eligibility criteria are also applicable on self finance seats.
