 Step 1: Registration of the Applicant

Every applicant must be registered in the system before applying. For this purpose, follow the steps below:

• Visit the website of FPSC (www.fpsc.gov.pk) Use a browser such as GOOGLE CHROME MOZILLA FIREFOX and INTERNET EXPLORER 8.0 or higher.
• Click here to download the file and then follow the ” Apply Online” link.

• Select ” Special Css MPT Exam 2024.

• Choose the ” New User” option, as shown under

 

• The next screen will show ” Registration Information”;

At the time of registration, candidates should complete the following fields in the appropriate box. (If
If the information entered is not correct in the system, it will not move to the next step)

1. Full Name: The full name of the candidate according to the Matric certificate.
2. Login A means by the candidate’s name, they would like to sign up. (Only numbers and alphabets can be accepted)
3. remember your login
4. Password At least 6 characters. (Case Sensitive)
5. Reconfirm Password Similar to Password field
6. E-mail Address Active E-mail address of the candidate. (Must be an acceptable number of emails e.g. [email protected])
7. Computerized CNIC: Computerized National Identity Card No. of the candidate. (Enter with no dashes),
8. Verification code The code is displayed immediately over the field. (e.g. 66496)

Note You must enter your CNIC Name, Email Address, and CNIC be careful as they cannot be altered after submission. Also, make sure to remember the email address you entered when registering with FPSC.

• Click the ” Submit” button and then wait.
• The following message box will be displayed upon successful registration.

• Select “OK”.
• The Login Screen like the one on IV will be re-appear
• Fill in your “Log in” and “Password” in the order you chose during registration in the appropriate boxes.
• Click the “Login” button and wait.
• The screen that follows will be displayed.

• Choose the “Create/Update Profile” or “My Profile” option.
• The next screen will be displayed.
• Click the “Profile” button to create a profile.

Step 2: Creation of the Profile of the applicant on the system

• The screen that follows will be displayed;

• In contrast to the Name and CNIC fields, the prefilled but non-editable entries will show as supplied by the applicant at the moment of registration.
• Enter/Select relevant information, then click the “Save” button and then wait. The user is mandatory that you fill in details in boxes that are marked with an *(*)
• The screen that follows will be displayed;

• Browse or select your image with maximum dimensions of at least 30kb. Select the “Upload” option and the following screen will be displayed.

• Enter/Select relevant information pertaining to qualification one by one starting from the highest/qualification that makes you eligible for the examination. “R”/”M”/”F” entries must be chosen according to instructions only for the qualifications that make you eligible.
•  Choose “Save” to save and add additional qualifications until all are entered. Every qualification added remains at the lowest. The qualifications that are entered are editable or deleted with the appropriate options from the “Action” menu if needed.
• Choose the ” Skip this section” option after you’ve completed it.
• A second screen will appear.

• Fill in your experience(s) precisely in the same way you entered your qualifications i.e. the latest first.
• After that, select the “Skip this section” button and then wait. A new screen will pop up;

• Input the extracurricular activities one after one, in the event of any. You can also not bother with this section.
• After that, select the “Skip this section” button and then wait. A new screen will pop up;
• Input details about your father and mother.
• After that, click on the “Skip this section” button and then sit back.

• If you have disabilities and the need for a computer or helper the appropriate options can be considered. In other cases, skip this section.
• Once you’re done, click on the ” Skip this section” button and then wait. The next screen will be displayed.

• Input Language(s) one at a time that you are proficient in.
• After that, click on the “Skip this section” button and then wait. A new screen will then appear.
• Input Brother and Sister’s details and save.

• Input Near Relations-related information, If you have any.

Choose the “Create/Update Profile” option

Step 3: Applying Online

If the profile entries are valid, click the “Apply for CSS” option in the menu for Profile.

 

• The following screen will be displayed. Click “Apply” to proceed further.
• If “Apply” is selected, the following screen will be displayed.

1. Treasury Number Original treasury receipt number. (If you haven’t already submitted your fee but you are eligible to submit it later, after having submitted the fee and following the steps from step 3 to the end. It is not necessary to sign up or create a profile again.)
2. Amount: Rs. 250/-
3. Bank and Branch Name: National Bank of Pakistan
4. Bank Branch District Name of the Bank Branch District where the fee is to be deposited
5. Bank Branch Code: Branch code of the bank where the fee is deposited
6. Reception Date Date of depositing fee at the bank or in the Treasury.
7. Testing Centre: Select Test Centre (City) from the drop-down menu where you wish to sit for the exam.

Note: It is required to fill in the information in boxes that are marked by an (*)

• Click”Proceed Next”. Click the ” Proceed Next” button, and then hold it for a while.
• The next screen will be displayed which includes all the entries from your profile.

• Make sure to check the entries as shown in the above screen prior to selecting the “Confirm and Apply” option. If you find any corrections needed, choose the “Cancel” option and update your application (After clicking the “Confirm and Apply” option the request for the CE-2024 exam will have been accepted and no changes to your application are accepted).
• Select the “Confirm and Apply” option and the following screen will be displayed

Click the “OK” button to close the procedure. (Printout of the completed online Form i.e. the hardcopy should be obtained.

After signing the hardcopy copies of all the documents/ certificates mentioned in Para 27 of the printed form with the original Treasury Receipts must be sent in order to arrive at FPSC Headquarters in Islamabad within 10 days of the online submission date of the application or else your application will be disqualified.

The burden of proof of delivery of hardcopy of online application and other documents, by the deadline, is solely on the applicant).

Stage 4: Printing of computer-generated pre-filled form

• Choose “Application History” to print the online form.

The online application form, which is pre-filled, will be completed. Candidates must print out the form that they filled out prior to delivery to FPSC. Candidates are advised to save one copy to keep for their records.

Phase 5: Dispatch the pre-filled, computer-generated form

•  Checklist” of the application form that has been filled in to be completed by the applicant.
• Sign your name on the form created by computers in the appropriate spaces to serve the purposes.
• Attach the following documents which are generally needed by FPSC:

1. Original Bank Treasury Receipt,
2. Recent 04 Passport Size Photographs
3. Attested Copy of CNIC
4. A certified copy of the Matriculation Certificate indicating the date of birth. Provisional Certificate/Result Cardor Marks Sheets are not accepted.
5. Affidavit of Intermediate Certificate. Provisional Certificate/Result Cardor Marks Sheet is not acceptable
6. Affidavit of Degree(s)
7. Self-Domicile Certificate attested by a certified copy. Certificate
8. Certificate for Buddhist and Scheduled Caste Candidates
9. Certificate for Provincial or Federal Tribal Areas candidates and those from Gilgit-Baltistan. Certificate issued by Kashmir Affairs Division for Azad Kashmir Nationals Certificate for Minorities Departmental Permission Certificates for Government Service Personnel.
10. In the case of ex-employees from the Armed Forces of Pakistan, a No Objection Certificate is issued by the appropriate authority.
11. For disabled candidates, a disability certificate from the authority in charge

Additional documents are required in accordance with the Rules or the Application Form/Press advertisement for CSS Special MPT Exam 2024

• Send a hardcopy (printout) of the computer-generated form with all required documents in the direction of FPSC Headquarters (Secretary, Federal Public Service Commission F-5/1 Aga Khan Road, Islamabad) so as to get the form to FPSC Head Quarters within 10 days of the online submission deadline, or else your application will be disqualified.
• NO EXTENSION BEYOND THIS TIME PERIOD IS ADMISSIBLE.
• A copy of the completed Online Form (i.e. hardcopy) can be obtained, and, after signing it copies of all the documents/ certificates mentioned in the form along with the original Treasury Receipts must be encased to it and mailed in order to get to FPSC Headquarters in Islamabad within 10 days from the deadline for online submission of applications or else your application will be disqualified. The burden of proof of delivery of hardcopy of the online application and all documents within the stipulated time frame specified will be solely on the applicant.

Complete the online form carefully. Any corrections to the hard copy of the online form can be done by hand and signed prior to submission to FPSC. After that there is no change request in any online form, or in its hardcopy will be accepted.
